Rules of the Exchange (highlights)

The Exchange has developed rules which will govern the operations of the Exchange and will be in addition to commodities exchange regulations that the Government may develop and other relevant Regulations that may be in force from time to time. The Rules apply to all members, clients and all other stakeholders of the Exchange. The summary below, of some of the Rules of the Exchange, does not preclude the importance of the rest of the provisions that have not been mentioned here.
